REIKI
Reiki is the art of
therapeutic energy manipulation developed in the early 1900’s by Mikao Usui in
Japan. Reiki comes from the two Japanese words Rei and Ki, meaning Universal
Life Force Energy. Hands are placed on various areas of the body and the experience
varies from a sensation of heat to a tingling or vibrating feeling. This
promotes balance and deep relaxation to the body , mind and spirit.
