Be ready to reconnect with the ancient wisdom of the plants! Through this workshop, we’ll invite you to develop a new way to connect with the plant kingdom. You will be introduced to some practical and theoretical secrets of the alchemy of medicinal plants.  We will use herbs from our farm to discover simple ways to work with them and obtain their benefits.
In this workshop you will learn:

To create a deeper connection with plants and herbs.
Introduction to herbalism and herbal alchemy.
Medicinal uses of different plants according to their properties.
Methods for some basic herbal medicine preparations.
This activity will involve hands-on work with plants and herbs freshly harvested from our own organic farm. The medicine you make will be yours to take home!

The workshop will take place at Casa Luna, with our own Farm to Table alchemist.
The tours are scheduled by reception, upon request Monday through Friday only.

Duration: 2 hours
Recommended ages: 6- 100+ yrs old.  You’re never too old to reconnect with the plant wisdom.
What to bring: an open mind, your camera, and a notebook.
Minimum: 2 people.
