This tour takes place at the El Silencio Viewpoint located just 15 minutes by car from Arenal Observatory Lodge & Trails. Once at El Silencio Viewpoint, our guide will take you through the different trails providing you with information about the history of the Arenal Volcano while enjoying the beautiful views and trails of this place. Since this place is surrounded by forests, there is always the opportunity to observe different types of birds and sometimes mammals such as monkeys, coatis or peccaries.

What to bring: Walking or tennis shoes, sunscreen, camera, poncho or raincoat, water, and insect repellent.
