Cycling is the second most practiced sport in Costa Rica, after soccer, and Arenal offers some of the most beautiful rural trails in the world. We will travel a low-traffic route for approximately 13 km (8 mi) each way, alongside the impressive Arenal Volcano and the splendid Lake Arenal as well as crossing picturesque towns, forests, and streams. You do not need to be an experienced cyclist to enjoy this tour. The tour is designed to be recreational, however, if you are looking for increased intensity, let us know and we will do our best to add a little bit to the route and increase the difficulty level to match your needs. This nature-lovers’ our also provides the opportunity to spot wildlife species like coatis, monkeys, toucans, and herons, among others. This guided tour will also include a support van for any needs that may arise.
