Cancellation Policy
"High" Season
- From January 1st - April 30th
- From July 1st - August 31st
- December
Cancellations received 30 days before check in will be charged 100% of the total reservation.
No Show has a charge of 100% of the total reservation.
"Low" Season
- From May 1st - June 30th
- From September 1st - November 30th
Cancellations received 7 days before the date of entry of passengers will be charged 100% of the cost of the reservation.
No Show has a charge of 100% of the total reservation.
** All cancellations must be in writing and sent to info@chayotelodge.com
A 5% management fee will apply to any cancellations entitle to full refund.
Rates for single or double occupancy
- Children under 5 years free, including breakfast
- Children over 6 years extra adult rate
- Maximum occupancy per room three people ( including person on sofa bed)
