Promotional rates, special rates or Non-refundable rates are not subject to general cancellation policies.
Non-Refundable Rates are 100% non-refundable.
Reservation Policy
- Check In: 2:00 pm.
- Check Out: 11:00 am.
- Children s policies: All children from 0 to 6 years are considered as infant and enjoy complimentary lodging and breakfast. Maximum of 2 children per room.
- Children from 7 and older are considered as adults.
Tours:
- Any additional service booked (tours, spa, food & beverage) will be charged to a credit card at the Check in.
- No charge for cancellations done with 24 hours or more in advance from the check in date.
- Full penalty for cancellations done with less than 24 hours from the check in date.
- Tours are not operated by Hotel Cuna del Angel, all of them are provided by an authorized local tour operator that has been inspected previously by the hotel. The tour operator company has all the law permits and security measures that Costa Rican government requires.
- Hotel Cuna del Angel is released from any responsibility regarding services and incidents with third party companies.
- All tours require a minimum of 4 people to be operated, in case of cancellations due to this reason, there won´t be any charge.
- The tour operator company reserves the right to cancel the tour because of bad weather and adverse conditions that may put the clients at risk.
- The client has to notify 48 hours in advance the tour date if he/she has any food restriction in order to coordinate another option.
