PAYMENT POLICY
By confirming the booking process, you authorize Chachagua Rainforest Hotel & Hot Springs to charge 100% of the total cost of the reservation to your credit card at booking time, Your charge will appear from Chachagua Rainforest Eco Lodge S.A on your statement.
A valid credit card may be required at booking time and will be requested upon check-in at the hotel together with positive identification of the credit card holder.
On departure from the property, all fees for services rendered shall be payable by the guest and where necessary the credit card will be debited by the property for the extra fees.
RESERVATION POLICY
- Rates include a daily breakfast.
- Additional nightly guest charge from 6 year old and older is $120 plus tax (13%) breakfast included.
- Check-in: 3:00 pm / Check-out: 12.00 Noon.
- Christmas Dinner and New Years Eve Dinner is included.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellations will be effective from the date of receipt of written notice by email to reservations@chachaguarainforest.com.
- If you request a refund, it shall be in accordance with our policies as detailed below:
- No refunds or credit for no shows, or parcels, or portions of unused reservations
- Early departures will be charged in full.
- Children under 6 years are complimentary when sharing a room with their parents using existing room bedding
Force Majeure
- Chachagua Rainforest Hotel & Hot Springs will not be liable in the event of natural disasters, fires strikes government regulations, canceled flights or any other circumstances deemed beyond our control.
- Read and accept the terms and conditions of your reservation.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
You can cancel without charge until the cancellation period
- Cancellations or changes made later 15-Aug-2030 or no shows are subject to a hotel fee equal to 100 %.
