TERMS/POLICIES AND CONDITIONS
CANCELLATION POLICYTours or Lodging cancellations will be accepted under the following policies:
- Cancellations will be effective from the date of receipt of written notice by email to reservaciones@canonegrolodge.com
- Cancellation or changes made 30 days before arrival day or no shows are subject to a hotel fee equal to 100% of the total cost of your stay.
- If you request a refund, it shall be in accordance with our policies as detailed below:
- No refunds or credit for no shows, or parcels, or portions of unused reservations
- Early departures will be charged in full.
- There is no charge for children from (0 to 2 years old) sharing the room with their parents (maximum 2 children per room)
- Children (3 to 11 years old) pay a reduced rate per night.
- Children older than 12 years or adults are additional person with a surcharge per night.
Tours
- Children between (0 to 2 years old) are free of charge, children between (3 to 11 years old) pay 50% of the rate.
