-All arrivals of the last calendar week (Dec. 25- Jan. 03rd) the minimum stay is 3 nights.

-All arrivals of during Holly Week the minimum stay is 2 nights.

 

CANCELLATION POLICIES:

-All year: 100% penalty for cancellations of 3 days or less.

-Peak Season: Non refundable.
