1. Check-in: 3:00 p.m. // Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
2. The interested person declares that they are over 18 years old, that they have the legal capacity necessary to purchase the various services that Hotel Capitán Suizo offers, that they have complied with all the conditions set out here for the use of this website and the purchase and they understand and accept the services.
3. The links to other websites that appear on the Hotel Capitán Suizo website are offered solely for information purposes for the interested party, therefore the Hotel Capitán Suizo is not responsible for the products and services offered on these sites.
4. The interested party is responsible for providing Hotel Capitán Suizo with the correct information regarding their name, email address, dates of stay, room type, number of guests, credit card number and expiry date.
1. The Hotel Capitán Suizo offers room rates per night for single, double and triple occupancy (extra charge) depending on the room category. Room rates are in United States Dollars (USD) and include a buffet breakfast. Taxes and food and beverages are not included in this price.
2. Hotel Capitán Suizo divides its prices into the seasons listed below:
2024 -2025
a) High season: From January 11th to April 30th.
b) Main season: From July 1st to August 31st and from November 1st to December 20th.
c) Mid season: From May 1st to June 30th and from September 1st to October 31st.
d) Holidays: From December 21st to January 10th.
3. The reservation confirmation form shows the total amount including taxes as per the interested party’s request.
a) The reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of payment by credit card. The guest receives a confirmation from the hotel and the credit card is automatically charged.
b) For security reasons, guests must present the same credit card used for payment upon check-in.
No-shows, as well as reserved and unused nights are non-refundable.
The Hotel Capitán Suizo will not communicate the information contained on this website to third parties unaffiliated with the company during the reservation process or during the online payment process. However, the interested party accepts that the Hotel Capitán Suizo includes them in the database in order to send them information about the hotel or the Small Distinctive Hotels of Costa Rica group.
Hotel Capitán Suizo guarantees the trusted reliable use of a SSL 256 (security device).
