Reservation Policy
Parking: On site outdoor parking is secure and free.
Credit Cards Accepted: Visa, Master Card
Check-In and Check-Out Times:
Check-in begins at 2 pm
Checkout is prior to 11 am
For late check-out availability, check with the Front Desk on the morning of your departure.
Additional persons:
Adult: $35 per night
Children: from 0 to 11 years old they have a rate of $15, 12 years and up they pay as an additional person.
Small and medium size pets are allow for an extra charge.
Smoking: Smoking is NOT permitted inside facilities.
Cancellation policy:
High Season: From December 1 to April 30: 100% penalty for cancellations with 15 days or less.
Green Season: From May 1 to November 30: 100% penalty for cancellations of 7 days or less.
Holiday Season: From December 24 to January 1: 100% penalty for reservations with 30 days or less.
