Reservation policy:
To confirm a booking a 50% deposit will be requested (at time of booking), the balance (full prepayment) is due 30 days prior to arrival (60 days for peak season)
Cancellation Policy:
A 30-day cancellation policy applies to all reservations (60 days for peak season).
If reservation is changed or cancelled 30 days before arrival, full refund applies.
If reservation is cancelled between 29 to 15 days prior arrival date, 50% of the total stay will not be refunded.
If reservation is cancelled between 14 to 1 days prior the arrival date, 75% of the total stay will not be refunded.
If reservation is cancelled on the day of the arrival date, 100% of the total stay won t be refunded.
There are no refunds for no shows or early departures.
Festive season:
If reservation is changed or cancelled before 60 days prior arrival, full refund applies.
If reservation is cancelled 59 days prior to arrival, no refund applies.
There are no refunds for no shows or early departures.
There is a $100.00 per guest supplement cost for Dinner & Entertainment on Christmas Eve and $150.00 per guest during New Year s Eve.
