Our Policies:

From the age of 12, visitors are considered adults.

The maximum capacity in the Bungalows is 3 adults or two adults and two children, without exceptions.

Children, no exceptions.

Children from 0 to 4 years old do not pay.

Children from 5 to 11 years old, $20 per night per child.

Children must share the room with at least one adult.

The minimum age to stay at the Tree House is 5 years old and they must have a signed authorization by the signed parental authorization.

The rate already includes 13% sales tax.

Cancellation policy

High Season (January to April, July and August and November and December)

• 31 days or more before arrival - No penalty.
• 30 days before the arrival of the client or No Show - Penalty of 100%.
  

Special Season - (Holy Week - December 20 to January 5) (Easter week - From March 24 to 30, 2024- From April 13 to 19, 2025)

Applies to seasonal promotions: Rate for nationals and Rate for a limited time

Low Season (May and June and September and October)

• 31 days or more before arrival - No penalty.
• 30 days before the arrival of the client or No Show - Penalty of 100%.
