Terms, conditions and privacy policy

Reservation Policies

• By confirming the booking process, you authorize Hotel Rancho Humo Estancia to charge the full amount of the reservation in your credit card.
• If there is any problem with the credit card transaction throughout the booking. You must register a new card in order to obtain confirmation.
• Payment of the total amount of the reservation will be charge 15 days prior the check-in date.
• The result of the payment for your transaction will appear on your statement on behalf of Estancia Rancho Humo INC, S.A.
• Cancellations will be effective from the date of receipt of written notice by email: reservations@ranchohumo.com from our reservations department and confirmation received by our hotel
• No credits and or refunds will be refunded for late arrival or early check out. 
• No shows will be penalized with the full amount of the reservation.  
• Cancellations should be sent by email.

Check in time: 3:00 p.m. / Check out time: 12:00 m.d.

Pets: NO pets allow.

IMPORTANT NOTE: During your check-in at Hotel Rancho Humo Estancia, our personal will request you the credit card used to pay and sign the voucher with the online authorization as requirement from the credit card issuer.

Impossibility of Performance
I agree that Hotel Rancho Humo Estancia will not be liable in the event of natural disasters, fire, blockades, pandemic status, government order or other circumstances beyond our control.

Privacy Policy and Legal Statement
Hotel is committed to maintaining the strictest confidence all information relating to our guests, in-house. Not disclose to any other source the information you enter on our website. This information will be for the exclusive use of Hotel Rancho Humo Estancia, under penalty of applicable law. We will never give out your e-mail address for any reason.
