How to handle with cancellations
All cancellations need to be emailed to reservas@arenalgreen.com. All cancellations need to have the knowledge confirmation by the hotel.
•Cancellations made more than 30 days prior arrival, no charges will apply.
•Cancellations made from 15 days to  30 days prior arrival, the hotel will charge 50% of the total stay amount.
•Cancellations made 14 days or less prior arrival, the hotel will charge 100% of the total stay amount.
 
Children Policies
How to handle with kids accomodation
•Free for up to 2 children under 3 if accompanied by their parents, sharing the same room.
•Children between 4 to 11 years old pay $10 (taxes and breakfast included). (Only in standard room).
•No kids rate for the Family Villa. They pay as an adult in this room type.
