CHILDREN POLICY

Children from 0-2 years will have complimentary accommodation and food (maximum 01 child per room)

Children of 3-9 years will be charged $10.00 + taxes (23%) for room and breakfast t= $ 12.30

Two younger children in the same room with one or two adults are allowed subject to room availability

Children of 10 years and older are considered adults

For additional food reservations, children from 3 to 9 years pay 50% of adult rate
PAYMENT POLICY

All reservations require a pre-payment of the total amount of the reservation 15 days before arrival date

Reservations of 05 or more rooms require a pre-paid 22 days before arrival date

GENERAL POLICIES

Reservations, changes or cancellations must be written by e-mail or fax (506) 2222-5266 / e-mail: reservaciones@autenticohotel.com

The reservations department will receive the request and respond to all your questions via e-mail or fax. Once the reservation is booked, a confirmation via e-mail or fax will be sent indicating payment dates. Only written confirmations from the hotel are valid.

Reservations are not guaranteed if payment is not made by the due dates.

Additional person / same room will be charged an extra fee according to the established RACK fees. Breakfast included.

Check in / out times: Check in is at 2:00pm. Check out is at 12:00pm. If the customer leaves the room after 2pm there will be a charge of 50% rack rate of one night stay, according to the room type.

Payments must be made according to our payment policies. The hotel will automatically cancel any reservation that has not been pre-paid according to policies.

NO pets allowed, except guide dogs for the blind, which should be indicated in the reservation request.

The hotel reserves the right of entry to persons invited by guests.

Costa Rica is a smoke-free country. By law, smoking is not permitted in the hotel

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR INDIVIDUALS

NO SHOWS are fully penalized

All cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to guest s arrival date. One night´s lodging will be charged for cancellations made with less than 48 hours.

All cancellations must be written requests (email or fax) and they will be valid until a hotel confirmation is received.

No reimbursements will be made for vouchers, packages or "no shows" partially used.
Bank Accounts

Our rates and services are quoted in U.S. dollars, if deposit is made in any other currency, the exchange rate authorized by the reservations department will be applied.

Send copy of payment receipt by fax (506) 2255-3167. Please include customers name, reservation number, arrival date and name of the agency.
CIRCUMSTANCES OUT OF OUR CONTROL

The hotel will be released from its obligations in cases of natural events, fire, floods, strikes, and closure by government authorities or any reasonable circumstances beyond our control.
