TERMS/POLICIES AND CONDITIONS
Políticas de Cancelación:All cancellations must be made via email to reservations@casadrake.com and the following policies must be met:
- No penalty when the reservation is canceled 30 days in advance.
- 25% penalty when the reservation is canceled between 29 and 22 days before the arrival of the guest.
- 50% penalty when the reservation is canceled between 21 and 15 days before the arrival of the guest.
- 100% penalty when the reservation is canceled between 14 and 1 day before the arrival of the guest.
- No refund of money in case of "no-show".
- No refunds are made when the accommodation or tour must be canceled due to weather or sea conditions, however you can change the date of them as long as the hotel has availability.
- We do not accept that they enter with pets.
- Smoking is not accepted in any of our rooms.
- Time to enter the hotel from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- Departure time of the hotel 5:00 a.m. at 10:00 a.m.
Transport are not included in the room price:
- Transport boat's Sierpe to Drake $15 per person one-way only by income.
- Transport of Drake Casa Drake in cart is $20 via maximum 10 people.
- Transport from the airport of Drake to Casa Drake has a cost of $35 via maximun 10 people.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
You can cancel without charge until the cancellation period
- Cancellations or changes made later 17-Feb-2027 or no shows are subject to a hotel fee equal to 100 %.
