- Refundable rates will be charged in full 8 days prior to the check-in date.
•Continental Breakfast is included in the rate.
•Children ages under 3 years old who share a room with the adults stay for free (1 child per room is allowed)
•Children ages between 3 to 9 years old have a service charge of $20.00
•The second child under 10 years old will be considered an adult.
•Children 10 years old will be considered adults.
•A maximum of four adults per room is allowed.

• All reservations need be guaranteed with a credit card Form.
Cancellation Policy:
• Cancellations must be made by e-mail at info@lomasdelvolcan.com, at least 5 days before the arrival.
