1- Baldi Hot Springs are committed to protecting your privacy. The personal information that you have provided, including but not limited to your e-mail address will not be shared with third parties and will be exclusively used in bona fide communications between you and Baldi Hot Springs.
2- All rates are subject to change and Baldi Hot Springs reserves the right to modify the published rates without prior notice.
3- The reservation will be confirmed after the credit card payment is done, the guest will receive a confirmation digital document by the Hotel, and the guest must to show the confirmation document at the check in day. If you don t receive the confirmation thought your email please contact as soon as possible to customer service (506) 2479 2190
4- Guest must provide a warranty for room charges, so it could be a guarantee by credit card or cash. The guarantee deposit is a hold, not a charge on your credit card, minimum deposit required is US$150
5- At the check in: the guest must to show the same credit card used for the on-line payment, for security reasons.
Payment Policies Children
1- Children under 5 are FREE (Maximum occupancy per room is 2 children).
2- Children over 6 to 10 years old USD$50 (each) fee from room rate sharing room with parents (Maximum occupancy per room is 2 children) per night.
3- People from 11 years old pay an additional cost USD$100 per night.
CANCELLATION POLICY OR NO SHOW, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.
- Non refundable rate (Peak Season) Christmas & New Year: from december / 15 / 2023 to january / 07 / 2024, Holy Week from march / 24 / 2024 to march / 30 / 2024, In case of cancellation there will be no refunds, In case of No Show no refunds.
- Other dates that are not special season, the guests can cancel for free up to 30 days before the arrival date except when the guest have purchased a special Non Refundable rate (Last Minute Promotions), however, the only payment the guests must to pay is 10% for bank commission charges and administrative expenses.
- Baldi Hot Springs will not be liable in the event of natural disasters, fire, road blockades, weather, airlines cancelling flights, government directives or any other circumstances beyond our control that may impede providing the agreed upon services, there will be no refund.
Internal Rules and Regulations
1-We do not accept toys which might be dangerous for our guests while enjoying in hot springs swimming pools.
2-We do not accept noisy appliances and machines, for example: Drone, speakers and microphones, etc.
3-Pets are not allowed, without exception.
4-This is a smoke-free resort, No Smoking E-cigarettes and all other smoking devices. Guests are penalised for each infringement with fines and an obligation to cover costs incidents.
The Room Rate Includes:
1- All rooms booking include breakfast and hot springs in the cost.
2- Baldi Hot Springs doesn t offer an ALL INCLUSIVE regimen.
3- Check in 15:00 - Check out 12:00
4- Telephone calls, mini-bar, laundry, or other expenses incurred ARE NOT included in the rate room.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
In case of cancellation, a 10 % charge will be appliedIMPORTANT: Cancellations or changes made from 25-Nov-2025 or no shows are subject to a hotel fee equal to 100 %.
