POLICIES AT BAHIA DEL SOL BEACHFRONT HOTEL

Payment Policy:

In order to guarantee your reservation a 100% must be paid at the moment.

Pets: Dogs and cats are allowed. Weight restriction per pet is 20 pounds for a single pet. The guest agrees to bring a bed (area for the pet to sleep) and containers for feeding and hydration of the pet, otherwise the hotel will provide the bed and containers for an additional cost of $ 30.00, if not Bringing it to the guest and not wanting to purchase those provided by the hotel, the entry of guests and pets will be restricted.

Kids Policy:

Children under 5 years old are free of charge.
Children between 6 to 11 years old pay $20 + taxes per night.

New Year Eve Dinner.

Rates for stays on December 31st includes a special dinner per person.

Cancellation Policies 2023-2024:

From January 4th to April 1st - April 10th to April 30th - July 1st to August 31st - 100% Penalty for cancellations up to 30 day.

From May 1st to June 30th - September 1st to December 23rd - 100% Penalty for cancellations up to 14 day.

From Holly Week and December 24 th to January 3rd : Non Refundable.

Cancellation Policies Transfer and Tours

Cancellations are effective on the day notice and is received via phone or e-mail (frontdesk2@bahiadelsolhotel.com and operations@bahiadelsolhotel.com) by our staff during office hours (6:00 am - 10:00 pm - Costa Rican time)

Cancellations received more than 48 hours prior the tour, transfer or service departure will have no charge for clients except for credit card payments that will get a 5% administrations fee of the total amount paid.

Cancellations between 24-48 hours prior the tour, transfer or service departure will get a 50% refund of the total amount paid, less 5 % administration fee in the case of payments done by credit card.

Cancellations received less than 24 hours prior the tour, transfer or service departure there will be no refund (this applies for "NO SHOW")
