RESERVATION POLICIES 

Check-In / Check-Out: 

Check in time is 15.00 hours and check out time is 11.00 hours.

The hotel will make every effort to accommodate requests for early arrivals and late departure. 

A special luggage room will be available at all times. 

Rates 

Base rate is for 2 guests 

Extra person in room has an additional cost per night 

Prices in US dollar 

Payment policy for Non-Refundable rates: 

All reservations made with a non-refundable rate must prepay the full amount at the booking. 

Nonrefundable in case of cancellation or modification. 

No Show policy:

• No refunds for No-Shows
• The room will be automatically released the day after the check-in date 

Payment and Cancellation Policies for individual travelers (4 rooms or less)

Peak Season (from December 23rd  to January 3rd ):

• Payment in full is required to confirm the reservation
• Cancellations are free of charge up to 62 days prior to the arrival date
• NO REFUNDS in the event of cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to the arrival date

High Season (from January 4th  to April 15th ,   from July 01st to August 31st, and from November 01st  to December 22nd ):

• Payment in full is required to confirm the reservation
• Cancellations are free of charge up to 22 days prior to the arrival date
• NO REFUNDS in the event of cancellation or modification 21 days or less prior to the arrival date

Low Season (from April 16th to June 30th and September 01st  to October 31st ):

• Payment in full is required to confirm the reservation
• Cancellations are free of charge up to 16 days prior to the arrival date
• NO REFUNDS in the event of cancellation or modification 15 days or less prior to the arrival date

At the moment of booking, customer accepts that Lagarta Lodge charges the credit card provided according the policies described above.
