Reservation Policies

By confirming the reservation process, you authorize the Lost Iguana Resort & Spa hotel to charge the total amount of the reservation to your credit card.

If there is any problem with the credit card transaction throughout the reservation process, it is not possible to continue with it. If this is the case, you must register a new card in order to obtain confirmation.

Check In Policies

All guests must present a credit card as a guarantee, at check in.

All guests must leave a copy of their ID.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellations will be effective from the date of receipt of written notice by email info@lostiguanacr.com from our Reservations department and confirmation received by our hotel. If you apply a refund, it shall be in accordance with our policies as detailed below:

Full payment is due upon reservation. No refunds or credit for cancellations, no show or parcels or portions of unused reserves.

Early departures and late arrivals will NOT receive refunds for the unused portion of the reservation.

Festive season, considered between (December 15th to January 8th) (March 24th to April 2nd)

Cancellation of reservations for Easter, Christmas or New Year with less than 60 days before date of arrival will incur a penalty of 100%.

High season, considered between the dates (January 8th to March 24th)
In case of canceling your reservation:

20 days before the arrival from the guest 100% penalty.

Low season, considered between the dates (April 2nd to December 14)
In case of canceling your reservation:

07 days before the arrival from the guest 100% penalty.

Impossibility of Performance
I agree that Lost Iguana Resort & Spa, not be liable in the event of natural disasters, fire, blockades, government order or other circumstances beyond our control.
