Reservation and Payment Policies

"¢ By review your reservation to make sure all details are correct, including dates, names, and rates. No reply will serve as your acceptance.
"¢ All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking
"¢ The full payment of the reservation will be charged 15 days prior to arrival when travel dates are May 1st to December 19 th , when travel dates are December 20th to April 30 th , the full payment will be charged 30 days in advance.
"¢ All children 5 and under will be at no charge.
"¢ All rates are plus tax, which is currently at 13%
"¢ Pets are not permitted, with the exception of Seeing Eye dogs
"¢ Room preferences and special requests (i.e. bed preference, and location) are not guaranteed, and are subject to availability at time of check-in, but all possible will be done to honor your request.

Cancellation and Refunds Policy

Cancellations will be effective from the date of receipt of written notice by email to reservations@nayarahotels.com from our Reservations department and confirmation received by our hotel. If you apply a refund, it shall be in accordance with our policies as detailed below:

"¢ Early departures and no shows will be charged in full
"¢ Cancellations must be received by email to reservations@nayarahotels.com or to the original source of the reservation.
"¢ All cancellations made at least 15 days before arrival date can be cancelled at no charge (May 1st to December 19th)
"¢ All cancellations made between 14 and 1 day before arrival date will have a penalty of the full stay (May 1st to December 19th)
"¢ All cancellations made at least 30 days before arrival date will be cancelled at no charge ( December 20th to April 30th)
"¢ All cancellations made 29 days before or less will be charged in full (December 20th to April 30th)
Nayara Hotels strongly suggests you purchase travel insurance in case of any emergencies.
