RESERVATION POLICIESTerms and Conditions
1. Check in time is at 3pm and check out time is at 11am. Check in after 7.00pm is not possible
2. Costa Rica s standard 13% sales tax is not included in the room rate.
3. Breakfast served in our cafeteria is not included in the rate.
4. Important: We do not charge your credit card, the information is only used to guarantee your reservation. Payment is at CHECK IN, on the day of your arrival, by card or cash in our local currency Costa Rica Colon, at the daily exchange rate.
5. All reservations will be confirmed via email.
6. All modifications or cancellations, must be sent in writing to our reservations department. info@orosilodge.com
7. Cancellation requests must indicate the guest s full name, the quantity of people (adults and children) considered in the reservation, and the dates of check in and check out.
8. Pets are not allowed.
9 Room preferences and special requests (i.e. location or room assignment) are not guaranteed and are subject to availability at the time of check in.
Cancellation Policy
1. The guest can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. The first night will be charged if the cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to arrival.
2. Cancellations must be made in writing and sent via email to info@orosilodge.com.
3. Cancellations are effective when a Orosi Lodge reservations staff member confirms via email .
Children Policies
• Ages 0 to 3: A complimentary stay applies for babies and toddlers. They must be accompanied by an adult and/or legal guardian.
• Ages 4 and up pay full price and must be reserved like an aditional person. The fee is subject to the local tax, which is an additional 13%.
