TERMS/POLICIES AND CONDITIONS
All reservations will be confirmed by email. All modifications and cancellations must be sent in writing via email to our reservations department. The request must indicate passenger s name, quantity of people (adults and children), check in and check out dates, room type.
Check in time is at 2:00 pm and check out time is at 12:00 m.d. After 2:00 pm will charge a $50 per hour of one room night rate and the full night rate if check out occurs after 5:00 p.m.
Room preferences and special requests (i.e. bed preference, upper floor, and location) are not guaranteed, and are subject to availability at check in time.
The use of the Hotel & Spa Poco a Poco installations and services will be subject to the operation and availability of Hotel & Spa Poco a Poco.
Reservations & Cancellation Polices
Non Refundable Rates: All reservations with non refundable rates will be charged at booking, in case of cancellation there will be no refunds.
Deposit and Cancelation Policies: All reservations with flexible rates will be charged 14 days before arrival date, in case of cancelation with 14 day or less a full penalty will be applied.
- No Shows: Have a 100% charge.
- Children: Age 0-5: Free if shared with parents. (Max. 2 per room) 6-11 years old: $15 + taxes. Up to twelve years: extra person rate.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
You can cancel without charge until the cancellation period
- Cancellations or changes made later 10-Oct-2026 or no shows are subject to a hotel fee equal to 100 %.
