TERMS/POLICIES AND CONDITIONS

• For the confirmation of your reservation it is necessary to pay 50% of the total amount , and the other 50% at the moment of check-in

• Our cancellation policies:
  
  • If cancellation notice is received at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival day in High Season, your deposit (less US$ 35.00 cancellation fee for each room reservation) will be refunded. Reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival day will forfeit full deposit.
  • If cancellation notice is received at least 15 days prior to your scheduled arrival day in Low Season, your deposit (less US$ 35.00 cancellation fee for each room reservation) will be refunded. Reservations cancelled within 15 days of arrival day will forfeit full deposit.
  • "No Shows" will forfeit full deposit plus one more night plus taxes.
  • There are no refunds for late arrivals or early departures. We recommend travel insurance.
  Check-In & Check- Out time
  
  • Check-In is at 2:00 pm. If your room reserved is available earlier, the hotel will do its best to get you in as soon as possible. If we are unable to check you in early, we are happy to store your belongings in our storage room. In the meantime, you can begin to explore Manuel Antonio or use our facilities and the public areas until your room is ready.
  • Check-out is at 12md, We also offer the possibility that after your check-out, you can leave your belongings at the reception and enjoy a little more of the hotel s facilities, such as the bar, hot tubes and the swimming pool.
