TERMS/POLICIES AND CONDITIONS
RESERVATIONSAll reservations made by telephone, via mail, or using our online booking system, will be governed by the following terms and conditions of NYA HOTEL & LUZ DE MONO S.A (hereinafter, "we", "our" or "us"), which you understand, acknowledge and accept.
All room rates include a daily breakfast - a la carte, per room occupancy.
Every child 2 years of age and under stay for free. (Breakfast not included).
All our rooms are SMOKE-FREE, including balconies and outdoor terraces, if doing so will result in a USD $250 fine charged to your final bill.
Check-in Time is at 15:00 Hrs.
Check-out Time is at 12:00 Hrs.
We reserve the right to cancel a reservation without prior notice by receiving notification of any fraud or illegal activity associated with the reservation.
Important information PCR tests:
* PCR tests are available in Cóbano, Montezuma. Only 20 minutes from Hotel Nya
PRE-PAYMENT POLICY
All reservations must be paid in full before check in.
Last minute reservations will be charged in full at the time of check in.
NO SHOWS & EARLY DEPARTURES
All entries after 22:00 hrs must be notified during business hours to the reservations department, to coordinate the Late Check-In with Security.
No-shows will be charged 100%.
Early departures will be charged 100%.
PETS
Pets are not allowed unless they are "Service dogs", Emotional Support Animals (ESA), in which case you must pay a $60 fee for deep cleaning of the room upon departure.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
You can cancel without charge until the cancellation period
- Cancellations or changes made later 02-Aug-2025 or no shows are subject to a hotel fee equal to 100 %.
