Cancellation Policies
100% penalty for cancellations with 3 days or less.
- From May 1 to June 30
- From September 1 to December 14
100% penalty for cancellations with 14 days or less. (excluding Easter of the current year)

100% penalty for cancellations - Non-refundable rates
- From December 15 to January 3
- From April 13 to 19 (Holy Week 2025)
- Children from 0 to 3 years old have free accommodation and breakfast sharing the room with adults, maximum 2 children per room.
- Children from 4 to 11 years old have a cost of $25 sharing the room with adults, maximum 2 children per room, does not include breakfast (additional breakfast $8.36 i.v.i)
- Children over 12 years old are considered adults.
Pet-Friendly Policy
Clients entering the hotel with pets must sign and accept the hotel pet entry protocol.

Pacífica, we understand that pets are important members of your family, and we
welcome them to join you during your stay. To ensure a comfortable and
enjoyable experience for all guests, we have established the following
pet-friendly policy:
Pet Fee:
• A pet fee of
$12 taxes included will be charged per
night for each pet.
Security Deposit:
• Upon check-in,
guests bringing pets are required to leave a refundable security deposit of
$100. This deposit is intended to cover any potential damages caused by the pet
during the stay
CANCELLATION POLICIES
You can cancel without charge until the cancellation period
- Cancellations or changes made later 27-Mar-2027 or no shows are subject to a hotel fee equal to 100 %.
