- Opening hours at the front desk are from 6am to 10pm.
Restaurant
- Restaurant it's open to the public.
- Breakfast: its from 6:30am to 10am
- Japanese food Monday to Friday is from 12md to 3pm and Weekends from 12md to 10pm
Swimming pool
- From 8am to 10pm.
- Every Thursday we have a party, dancing, karaoke at the Palenque Restaurant/Bar.
- Music from 7pm to 2am.

- All facilities have free internet.

- They are allowed. At an additional cost. US$15
