Parking: On site outdoor parking is secure and free.

Check-In and Check-Out Times:
Check-in begins at 3:00 pm
Checkout is prior to 12:00 pm
For late check-out availability, check with the Front Desk on the morning of your departure.
Additional persons:
Children: 12 and below.
Pets: pets are allowed upon previus request and aproval from the hotel.
Smoking: Smoking is NOT permitted at Alma Del Pacifico Beach Hotel & Spa.
Cancellation policy 2023-2024:
General Policy: 100% penalty for cancellations of 21 days or less.
Peak Season: Holly Week and from December 15th to January 4th: Non refundable.
Guarantee Policy: 25% of total reservation amount is required at the time of booking.
Final payment of the total balance remaining is due 21 days prior to arrival, and 45 days prior to arrival for the Peak Season (Peak Season Period: December 15th -January 4th).
