TERMS/POLICIES AND CONDITIONS
Cancellation Conditions:
In case of cancellation, a 100 % charge will be applied
CheckIn: 3:00pm / CheckOut Time: 11:00am
The client will present the credit card at check in to warranty the reservation.
Our FrontDesk department will request the credit card to check in at hotel.
In our resort we have no cash accepted, we only accept credit cards, debit cards (MASTERCARD, VISA , AMEX ) and room signing privileges for all services within our resort.
Non smoking policy
The resort is a non-smoking resort, except for designated areas.
All rooms are non-smoking. A fee of $250 USD cleaning charge will be charged to your account if we need to process the room when smoking has occurred during your occupancy. The fee pays for a team who will clean all the surfaces of the room, including walls, ceiling, furniture, fabrics and linens as well as replacing the printed materials, to eliminate smoke residue.
Minimum night stay requirement
Minimum stay requirements apply of 3 nights at Christmas, New Year. 20 December 2024 to 3 January 2025 / 2025 - 2026
You will be informed at the time of booking which minimum stay applies to your dates.
Your credit card must be valid for your booking dates. If you do not have a credit card, we require a cash deposit equal to the room nights and tax/service at time of booking.
Children
Children under 15th are not allowed.
Pool towel policy
On your arrival you will receive a pool towel ticket for each person.
Pool towels are given out in the reception.
When leaving the pool, please deliver your towel in the reception.
Missing towels will be charged for $ 20 each.
Pet policy
Pets are not allowed.
Special requests and comments
Please be informed that we do our utmost to fulfill your requests, but we cannot guarantee room locations or bedding type until day of arrival.
Responsibility for tours
Please be informed that we offer tours, from third party tour operators, as a complementary service to our guests. Our Concierge or reservation department will advise the most well-known tour operator and, from experience with former guests, most favorite tours. Our resort is not responsible for satisfaction or expectations.
Travel insurance
We highly recommend all guests to protect themselves from losses due to last minute cancellations or no-shows. Because we are a small, independently owned business, and have high demand, we are not flexible when it comes to the paid deposit with last-minute cancellations and no-shows. Please read our policy carefully and consider contacting your insurance agent for travel insurance.
