Policies
Children under 13 years old are not allowed.
Cost per additional person $50+ taxes per night includes breakfast.
Check-In / Check-Out:
Check in time is 15.00 hours and check out time is 12.00 hours. The hotel will make every effort to accommodate requests for early arrivals and late departure. A special luggage room will be available always.
Cancellation Policy:
Peak Season (From December 20th, 2023 to January 5th, 2024).
Full penalty applied for cancellation requested within less than 60 days before arrival date.
High Season (January 06th to April 30th 2024) (July 01st to August 31st,2024)
Full penalty will be applied for cancellation made 30 days or less before arrival date or no show as well.
Low Season (May 01st to June 30th,2024)(September 01st to December 19th,2024)
Full penalty will be applied for cancellation made 14 days or less before arrival date or no show as well.
Deposit Policy:
Total amount will be charged at booking.
Important Note: When accidental or unfortunate circumstances occur, the hotel is not held responsible although cancellations due to emergency situations will be analyzed based on the criteria of the General Manager and evidence shown to the hotel, to decide if 100% of the reservation will be charged or just a portion of it.
