Reservation Policies

1. Your credit card will be charged at moment of booking for non-refundable reservations

2. Rates are subject to 13% tax.

3. All prices are based on double occupancy. An extra charge of $35.00 plus tax will be applied for each additional guest 3 years and up. Infants under 3 years stay free of charge. If you require a crib, please request this.

4. Check out time is 12 noon.

Cancellation & Change Policies

No Show / Early Departures Policy
NO-SHOW and/or un-used room nights, and/or early departures are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Adittional Services Policies

Private transfers to Hotel Grano de Oro

Cancellation policy:

If you have reserved a private transfer to Hotel Grano de Oro and chosen to pay for it in advance, a full refund will be provided if written notice of transfer cancellation is received by the hotel at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival time.
If you have reserved a private transfer to Hotel Grano de Oro and chosen to pay for it on check out, no charge will be made to your credit card if written notice of transfer cancellation is received by the hotel at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival time.  

Delayed flights policy:

If your flight is delayed, the driver will wait for you until midnight, after that time we will kindly ask you to take an airport taxi (orange ones) that are available 24 hours and know the location of the hotel.
In this case, if you have chosen to prepay the transfer we will refund the full amount. If you have not prepaid for the transfer, you will not be charged.

Early Check-in Subject to availability: 

If you require an early check-in please contact us to info@hotelgranodeoro.com, we will do our best to try to have your room available.

Other Policies:

Hotel Grano de Oro reserves the right to remove any person or guest from the property due to immoral, illegal or disruptive behavior.
Prostitutes and/or unregistered guests are not allowed in hotel rooms.
Please note that Costa Rica is smoke free. By law smoking is not permitted on the hotel premises.
Guests who do not respect these policies will kindly be asked to leave with no refund.

AGREEMENT

I have read and accept the terms and conditions of this reservation. I agree to pay as outlined in these terms and conditions the amount here forth authorized even though I have not signed the original charge note or voucher
